The U.S. Navy’s Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is conducting market research to identify firms capable of producing a comprehensive Technical Data Package (TDP) for the FPU‑13/A Fuel Tank Assembly (FTA) used on the F/A‑18E/F IRST aircraft. The TDP must meet MIL‑STD‑31000C and include product, commercial, special tooling, specification, and packaging design data, as well as metadata. The effort supports repair and sustainment at Navy organizational, intermediate, and depot‑level sites. Offerors must be able to host a TDP Guidance Conference and conduct incremental In‑Process Reviews (IPRs).
