Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the upgrade of Spok software. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The bidder must be an authorized distributor or reseller of Spok products and must provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer. The contract includes three line items: Spok software upgrade, Spok third-party hardware, and Spok software upgrade professional services. The professional services must be provided directly by Spok, and third-party services will not be considered. The contract has a maximum aggregate total of $200,000 within a fiscal year for the same or similar service.
