Description
The State of Vermont Military Department is seeking bids for the design and construction of a pre-engineered metal structure with climate control at the Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, Vermont. The minimum square footage is 3,000 with minimum dimensions of 50ft x 60ft. If costs permit, the structure may increase in size not to exceed 5,600 sf with dimensions specified by the State. The project includes providing design services and construction of the metal structure.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on July 28, 2026, at 10:00 am.
• Bidders must submit their questions in writing to the project manager by August 21, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
• Bids must be submitted electronically via email to [email protected] by September 1, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
• Full bonding is required for this job, and the contractor must carry Builder’s Risk Insurance for the project.
