Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to award a sole source supply contract for eight Active Sentry Handpieces Upgrade Kit and eight Ultraflow ii I/A Handpieces from Alcon Vision to support the operations of Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton (NHCP) in California. The contract will be awarded to O.R. Elder Inc., the sole Government distributor of Alcon equipment. The objective of this sole source award is to procure and install the handpieces and upgrade kit for NHCP.
• The contract is for a firm fixed price purchase order.
• The delivery date is September 30, 2026.
• The delivery location is the Ophthalmology Department at NHCP.
• The proposed acquisition strategy is to justify as an Other Than Full and Open procurement on a sole source basis.
