Description
The Portage Public Schools is seeking a contractor to perform stairwell renovations at Portage Central High School. The project includes the removal and installation of new flooring for five stairwells, as well as the installation of resilient base and accessories. The contractor will be responsible for conducting thorough field verifications to ensure accuracy in bidding and procurement of materials. The scope of work includes the entire footprint of each stairwell, and the contractor must comply with the manufacturer's written instructions for installing resilient products.
