RFP for NBRC Environmental Assessment

The Town of Woodstock is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) which is compliant with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and is specific to the Northern Borders Regional Commission Catalyst Grant program. The selected consultant will coordinate with the municipal staff, Woodstock’s consultant engineering firm(s), and The Clark Group (environmental consultants for NBRC) to complete the Environmental Assessment. The scope of work includes preparation and completion of the Environmental Assessment template, Section 106 consultation and review, preparation and completion of the 8-step Decision-Making Process for Floodplains and Wetlands, and assistance with the Public Comment Process. • The consultant will be responsible for preparing and completing the Environmental Assessment template provided by NBRC. • The consultant will coordinate with the municipal staff, Woodstock’s consultant engineering firm(s), and The Clark Group to complete the Environmental Assessment. • The consultant will assist with the Public Comment Process, as needed. • The consultant will provide a folder containing the Administrative Record for NBRC’s records.
