Description
The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for mailbox assembly. Bidders are expected to examine the bid package, including drawings, specifications, schedules, and instructions. The bid package includes several documents, such as the WYDOT Bidding Terms and Conditions, and the State of Wyoming Preferential. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contract may be terminated by the Agency upon thirty days written notice, and the Contractor will be entitled to a pro rata payment for all deliverables supplied and accepted by the Agency.
