West Virginia University seeks a qualified contractor to provide all materials, installation, tools, equipment, and labor required to renovate and upgrade the third‑floor STEPS Laboratory within the Health Sciences Center in Morgantown, WV. The scope includes selective demolition, concrete repair, HVAC, electrical, data, plumbing, fire‑sprinkler expansions, new metal‑stud walls, finishes, specialty casework, and installation of immersive laboratory and learning‑space technology systems.
