2026 Townwide Resurfacing Program (CIP 26-001)

The Town of Parker is seeking bids for the 2026 Townwide Resurfacing Program (CIP 26-001). The project involves placing approximately 16,500 tons of Stone Matrix Asphalt, including associated traffic control, asphalt planning, various asphalt patching, manhole/water valve adjustments, and the installation of new pavement markings. The contract may be renewed for subsequent years with price adjustments. • The project requires a bid bond of at least 5% of the bid amount. • The successful bidder must enter into a contract and provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds. • Bids must be submitted electronically through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. • The town reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any and all bids, and award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
