Industrial Finishing Services for New Government-Furnished Millwork and Furniture

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a vendor to provide high-quality finishing services to newly fabricated millwork, cabinet components, furniture, and related items. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the finishing process, including surface preparation, application of paints and finishes, quality control, and packaging and transportation of finished items. The work will be conducted at the contractor's location, and the vendor will pick up and return the furniture to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The required period of performance is 30 days after receipt of government-furnished property. • The contractor must provide a technical submission demonstrating compliance with the specifications. • The contractor must provide pricing information, including their best pricing terms for each applicable line item. • The contractor must have a Property Management System in place to manage government property. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
