Description
The opportunity is for the design and installation of a 4-foot-tall wood privacy fence at the Columbus Developmental Center. The project requires a site visit to review the current fencing site, schedules, and additional requirements. Bidders must complete the item grid, attach an electronic copy of their quote, and required forms within the solicitation in OhioBuys. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The fence must be functional, durable, and aesthetically pleasing.
• The site visit is scheduled on 12/11/2025 at 1:00 pm.
• Quotes must remain effective throughout the term of the agreement.
• The contractor must meet the minimum qualifications identified in Part Two: Section IV of the RFP title.
