Description
The City of Eugene is seeking a qualified contractor to install a protective chain‑link fence system on the 5th‑floor roof deck of the Overpark Parking Garage. The work includes supplying all fence components (posts, rails, wire fabric, accessories), powder‑coating them black, installing them above existing concrete panels, and providing all required safety, traffic‑control, and right‑of‑way permits. The contractor must maintain continuous access for ADA ramps, keep one traffic lane, one entry lane, and one exit lane open throughout construction, and coordinate with the Owner’s ongoing operations. The project also offers an optional decorative metal fencing alternate.
