EVA DELL BARRIER ACCESS GATES

The City of Victorville is seeking a qualified contractor to fabricate and install four steel barrier access gates (31‑ft, 35‑ft, and two 37‑ft) at Eva Dell Park. Gates must be constructed from Schedule 40 steel pipe, painted yellow, and include structural framing, support posts, hinges, locking hardware, hold‑open mechanisms, concrete footings, and all related installation work. The project is funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) dollars and must comply with federal, state, and local public‑works requirements, including Davis‑Bacon prevailing‑wage rules and DIR registration.
