Description
The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is seeking a contractor to provide project and change management services for the California Connect Modernization project and ERP implementation. The contractor will assist the CPUC in planning, developing, and coordinating activities associated with the program's transition and modernization efforts. The scope of work includes five tasks: transition support, development of procurement and planning documents, project management, change management, and process improvement. The contractor will provide experienced and qualified professional services to support the CPUC's internal staff.

• Providing advisory support for transition and modernization efforts
