The Township of Parsippany‑Troy Hills is soliciting sealed proposals for a broad suite of professional services to be performed throughout 2026, ranging from accounting and auditing to engineering, architectural, grant consulting, public relations, website design, wellness coaching, and more. Vendors must submit a single sealed envelope per service, clearly marked with the RFP number and title, by the November 13, 2025 deadline.
