Description
The Town of Landgrove is seeking a qualified contractor to perform gravel resurfacing on a 1.5‑mile segment of TH‑2 (Landgrove Road) between the Jaquith Road intersection and the southern terminus. The work includes delivering and spreading crushed gravel aggregate to a depth of 6 inches over a 20‑ft roadway, providing traffic control, and optionally grading the surface. Bids must be submitted by September 24, 2026, and the contract must be completed by October 31, 2026.
• Scope: 1.5 mi × 20 ft × 6 in (≈ 2,933 cy) of gravel resurfacing, with flaggers and traffic control per MUTCD.
• Two unit‑price options: (A) delivery & spreading only; (B) delivery, spreading, and grading.
• Bids must be unit‑price; lump‑sum bids will be rejected.
• Required insurance: $200k per‑occurrence limits for liability and workers’ comp.
