Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to produce 2000 envelopes with a trim size of 6 x 9-1/2" and a basis weight of 24 lbs. The envelopes will have type/rule matter and an agency logo printed on the face in black ink. The contractor must provide a minimum of 150-line screen and 1200 x 1200 dpi x 1 bit or 600 x 600 dpi x 4-bit depth technology. The contractor will receive a purchase order, a PDF file for production, and other necessary documents via email after award.
• The contractor must deliver the envelopes to the Department of Veterans Affairs in Leavenworth, Kansas by February 13, 2026.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency and the Southwest Region GPO of the actual delivery date.
• The contractor must provide proof of delivery with their invoice for payment.
• The contractor must comply with the GPO Contract Terms and the Quality Assurance Levels and Standards specified in the document.
