Concrete Improvements - Jones Avenue (Lake Avenue to Abriendo Avenue)

The City of Pueblo is soliciting bids for the removal and replacement of asphalt, concrete sidewalk, and curb and gutter, and the construction of new curb ramps on Jones Avenue from Lake Avenue to Abriendo Avenue. The project includes the construction of 4" concrete, 6" concrete, 7" reinforced concrete, and 2" asphalt patch. The contractor will be required to perform at least 30% of the work with their own employees. The project is expected to be completed within 90 calendar days. • The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and paying all applicable sales and use taxes. • The contractor will be required to submit a traffic control plan and erosion and sediment control plan. • The contractor will be paid based on the unit prices for each bid item. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the condition of any sign that is temporarily removed. • The contractor will be required to provide a certified check, cashier's check, or money order as a bid guarantee.
