OPM Services- Roof Replacement and Associated Work at McCarthy Middle School

The Town of Chelmsford is seeking proposals for OPM Services for the Roof Replacement and Associated Work at McCarthy Middle School. The project involves removing and replacing approximately 40,000sf of existing low-slope built-up roof system with a new single-ply thermoplastic roof system. The work also includes selective asbestos abatement, Masonry repairs, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical enabling work associated with the roof replacement. The OPM Services will include oversight of the Designer and Contractor, scheduling oversight, and control standards for monitoring performance of the building project.
