Description
The US Navy is seeking a sole source procurement for telecommunication services to support the Navy Support Facility (NSF) in Diego Garcia. The contractor will provide cellular phone and international telephone services, including equipment and maintenance. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract for a period of one year, from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The contractor will provide 7,000 call minutes for the contract duration, which will be shared among all NSF telephone account users. The contractor will also provide cell phone services, including the purchase of 10 Android cell phones and 30 cell phone charging blocks. The cell phones will have 4G capability, text messaging, local and international call services, front and back camera, mobile data service, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth features.
• The contractor will provide separate access codes to all NSF departments with the approval of an authorized representative.
• The contractor will provide a single cell phone account for all cell phone SIM cards.
• The account will be topped up every 1st and 15th day of the month with an amount of US$300.00.
• The contractor will provide replacement SIM cards in case of damaged or lost SIM cards.
• The contractor will provide international telephone calling service as outlined in the statement of work.
