Description
The City of Dahlonega is seeking bids for the Boat Ramp Beautification Project, which includes forming and pouring sidewalks, wall construction, light earthwork, and other work. The project must be completed within 180 calendar days from the notice to proceed. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2026. Bids must be received by August 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EDT.
• The project consists of sidewalks, wall construction, light earthwork, and all work included in the Lake Zwerner Picnic Area plans.
• A Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid amount must accompany the Bid submission.
• The awarded Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity or informality in a bid, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items.
• The Contractor shall employ and assign only qualified and competent personnel to perform any service or task involved in this project.
