Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office is soliciting quotations to manufacture and deliver 20,000 non‑window white envelopes (4 1⁄8″ × 9 1⁄2″) for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The envelopes must be printed with six lines of type and a Pantone 280 Blue logo, using offset printing (digital not acceptable), and must meet GPO Quality Assurance Level 3.
