Description
The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center is requesting quotations for the purchase of Cartridge Dehydrators, which are used as part of the SEAFLIR-280-HD on the 154' WPC vessels. The dehydrators must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, cushioned or packed as appropriate in an appropriately sized ASTM-D5118 double-wall fiberboard box. The packaging, marking, and bar coding requirements must be met, and failure to do so will result in warehouse rejection and items will be shipped back to the vendor. The contract is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, and the award will be made to the offeror whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government. The following are key points to consider:
• The Cartridge Dehydrators must be genuine OEM parts, and the offeror must provide a letter from the OEM verifying that they are an authorized distributor.
• The offeror must have a valid DUNS number and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The offeror must provide their company Tax Information Number (TIN) with their quote.
• The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is May 19, 2025, at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time.
