Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to replace the exhaust fan and install an occupancy sensor at the Mio Garage. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and related services needed to complete the work. The project must comply with applicable State Building Codes, manufacturer's recommendations, and industry standards.
• The contractor must submit a bid response and attachments through the SIGMA VSS system.
• A 5% bid security is required.
• The project is located at 1161 M 72, Mio, Mi.
• A mandatory walk-through inspection will be held on May 26th, 2026, at 12:00pm.
