Description
The Ohio Department of Public Safety (ODPS) is seeking a contractor to provide a Mobile Workout Trailer, specifically a Beaverfit Beyond Trailer 12’, equipped with various fitness equipment and accessories. The contractor must be a manufacturer, representative of the manufacturer, or authorized distributor. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The scope of work includes delivery, setup, and training for the trailer and equipment. The contractor must provide a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty and maintenance support.
• The trailer must be fully assembled and delivered to a designated ODPS location.
• The contractor must provide on-site setup and demonstration upon delivery.
• The contractor must provide user orientation for LEI staff.
• The contractor must provide basic operational training for trailer deployment and equipment use.
• The contractor must provide safety and maintenance training for designated personnel.
