Description
The project includes general work necessary to accommodate upgrades to the steam condensate return system and the electrical distribution system. The contractor will be required to repair damaged structural support columns, add additional tube steel support columns, and complete other tasks as specified in the solicitation. The project is set aside for small business concerns, and the applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238190. The small business size standard is $19.0 Million.
• The contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) with an active registration at the time of solicitation closing.
• The contractor must provide a detailed explanation of their ability to perform the required services, including technical knowledge and past experience with trade-specific work.
• The contractor must provide two recent and relevant projects demonstrating their ability to complete work under this contract.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution.
