Description
The National Park Service is seeking a vendor to provide services for the 2027 Chesapeake Gateways Annual Partners Meeting. The meeting is expected to have 150-170 attendees and will take place over two days, with breakout sessions and meals. The vendor will need to provide audio-visual services, meeting rooms, and lodging for the attendees. The meeting will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, with a separate event, the Chesapeake Conservation Partnership, taking place on Monday and Tuesday.
• The vendor will need to provide 1 main room for keynotes and three breakout rooms for the Chesapeake Gateways Annual Partners Meeting.
• The vendor will need to provide audio-visual services for at least one space on Monday and Tuesday and four spaces on Wednesday and Thursday.
• The vendor will need to provide self-pay lodging rooms for 150-170 guests, with some attendees staying for two nights and others staying for all four nights.
