Demolition of 1247 Hampton Ave & 632 Clinton Dr

The City of Newport News is seeking quotes from qualified firms to provide demolition services for two structures located at 1247 Hampton Ave and 132 Clinton Dr. The contractor will be responsible for removal and legal disposal of all asbestos-containing material, demolition of the structures, removal and disposal of debris, and clearing and grading of the areas disturbed. The project is expected to be completed within 15 business days per property, minus City-observed holidays. The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities prior to making the award.
