Description
The Kentucky Department of Parks is seeking a vendor to provide BBQ meals for a VIP event at My Old Kentucky Home State Park on May 3, 2026. The vendor will be responsible for set-up, cooking, serving, and cleanup. The menu will include appetizer samples, a live grill and smoke appetizer section, a Burgoo demo and sample, SCA steak trailer samples, Santa Maria tri-tip samples, and a full buffet meal with various BBQ entrees and sides. The vendor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies. The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the Commonwealth, considering factors such as price, quality of food, and vendor experience.
