Description
The Town of Somerset School Department is seeking bids from qualified General Contractors or Door and Window Contractors for the window replacement project at Chace Elementary School. The project includes removing existing windows and replacing them with new aluminum frame factory glazed units, as well as necessary Masonry, Carpentry, and Painting Work.
• The project is estimated to cost $1,095,000, including all Add Alternates.
• Bids will be received online at www.Projectdog.com.
• A pre-bid conference will be held on November 25, 2025, at 3:40 PM at the Somerset Chace Elementary School.
• Bid Security shall be at least five percent (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount.
