Change Order Notice 2 - Blue Ribbon Commission

The Illinois Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to assist with evaluating current transportation funding and policy frameworks and producing recommendations for changes that will modernize the state's transportation program. The vendor will be required to provide strategic advice and support to the Blue Ribbon Commission, including research, project management, and coordination of meetings. The scope of work includes developing a strategy to make Illinois the leading state for transportation and infrastructure in the nation. • The vendor will be required to have experience in transportation consulting and policy development. • The vendor will be required to have knowledge of national and global best practices in transportation infrastructure. • The vendor will be required to have experience in project management and coordination of meetings. • The vendor will be required to have excellent communication and analytical skills.
