Description
The City of Bismarck is seeking architectural services for the re-roofing project of Fire Station 1. The successful applicant will provide consulting services for design, contract documents preparation, bidding, and contract administration. The project includes a re-work of the current drain pipe system. The selection committee will rank the proposals based on the firm's technical capabilities, experience, understanding of the project, knowledge of regulations, ability to respond in a timely manner, availability of qualified personnel, and experience with similar types of projects.

• A site visit is scheduled for 10:00 AM CT on Thursday, December 4, 2025.
