Description
The Kalamazoo Public Schools are seeking bids for the Northglade Montessori School Renovations and Upgrades project. The project involves the renovation and upgrade of the Northglade Montessori Magnet School. A pre-bid conference will be held virtually and in person on January 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The bid security must be in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, and the successful bidders will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their contract amount prior to execution of contracts.
• The project is located at 1914 Cobb Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49007.
• Bidders can download the bidding documents electronically or request printed documents from the Skillman Plan Room.
• The bid opening will be held on February 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Kalamazoo Public Schools Facilities Office.
• The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
