The City of Northglenn is seeking a qualified contractor to remove, rehabilitate, and replace hot‑mix asphalt pavements across multiple city streets, a community‑center corridor, and a municipal parking lot, including associated concrete work such as sidewalks, curb ramps, curbs, and gutters. The project requires full‑depth asphalt removal, milling, base preparation, placement of new hot‑mix asphalt (including options for 20 % RAP), concrete reconstruction, traffic and erosion control, and comprehensive material testing by an independent laboratory. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with performance and payment bonds, and includes optional one‑year extensions subject to budget. The work must be completed within a strict schedule, with liquidated damages of $4,500 per day for delays.
