Description
The State of California, Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division (FMD) is seeking bids for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) maintenance and repairs on state property. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials required to provide UPS services, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and technical support services. The contract term is expected to be 36 months. Bidders must meet certain minimum requirements, including having a Class C-10, Electrical license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board, and providing proof of insurance.
• Key services include:
• Preventive maintenance
• Repairs
• Technical support services
• Maintenance and repair of UPS systems at two locations: State Capitol (Building #001) and Swing Space (Building #034)
• Compliance with prevailing wage rates and registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR)
• Provision of a certificate of insurance and compliance with insurance requirements
• Adherence to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the sample agreement provided in Attachment 9
