Description
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking innovative solutions for Foundation GEOINT (FG) Change Detection (CD) through a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO). The agency is looking for solutions that can enhance or streamline mission capabilities, and may include existing technologies or procedures that are not currently in use. The CSO is open until 14 July 2026, and offerors are encouraged to submit their solutions in the form of a Solution Brief. The evaluation process will involve a two-step process, with the first step involving a review of the Solution Brief for conformance with the CSO, and the second step involving an evaluation of the proposed solution by subject-matter expert technical evaluators.
