Draft IFB Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements

The US Air Force is soliciting bids for the Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) for Joint Base Langley-Eustis. The acquisition will be for a broad range of maintenance, repair, minor and new construction work on real property. The contract will result in the award of two firm-fixed price Multiple Award IDIQs with on/off-ramp provisions, and task orders will be awarded competitively to the lowest price, responsible offeror. • The contract has a base year plus seven option years. • The overall program ceiling capacity is $320,000,000 across all IDIQs awarded. • The acquisition is pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Administration (SBA) Act and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.805 and FAR 6.204. • Questions and comments are due by 23 January 2025, 2:00PM EST.
