Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking bids for the procurement of pumps and motors for the D.A. Tank. The solicitation includes two items: a VC70-7L complete pump with a 15 HP motor and an E20-642 complete pump with a 3 HP motor. Bidders must submit their responses by May 28, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest priced bid that meets the specifications.
• The pumps and motors must be new and unused, and of current production.
• The pumps and motors must meet all applicable OSHA standards and regulations.
• The bidder must provide a valid payee identification number on each invoice.
• The bidder must supply a completed Vendor Maintenance Direct Deposit and Substitute W-9 Form to TDCJ Accounts Payable.
