The required housing includes 9-10 units of hotel-motel or equivalent, and 3-5 units of house-apartment-modular home-park model or equivalent. The housing must meet specific minimum requirements, including health and safety standards, essential amenities, and access to all amenities available. The period of performance will begin on 05/01/2026, with the hotel-motel or equivalent ending on 11/30/2026 and the house-apartment-modular home-park model or equivalent ending on 04/30/2027.
• The housing must be situated within a five-mile radius of the Winnemucca District Fire Station.
