The County of Gwinnett is seeking qualified vendors to supply rifle‑rated hard armor plates and carrier kits for its Police Department. The procurement covers a broad range of tactical protective equipment, including standalone Level III hard plates (torso and 6×6 formats), plate carrier kits in Ranger Green and Multicam, side armor bags, retention kits, and related accessories. All items must be delivered fully complete, meet strict Level III performance without reliance on soft‑armor, and the supplier is responsible for measuring, fitting, and providing labeled samples on request. Bidders must submit a sealed bid package containing the full bid schedule, required certifications, insurance documentation, and an acknowledgment of the addendum.
• Scope: hard‑armor torso plates, 6×6 plates, carrier kits, side armor bags, retention kits, rifle magazine inserts, and related components.
• Quantities: roughly 650 units across 29 SKUs (e.g., 1‑29 plate carrier kits, multiple plate sizes).
