Description
The Cincinnati Recreation Commission is seeking a qualified firm to provide design services for the renovation of the Madisonville Pool. The project includes the design of a new aquatic facility, pool deck, and associated buildings. The selected firm will work closely with the Commission and the community to develop a design that meets the needs of the users and is compliant with the latest aquatic design principles. The project scope includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering services. The firm will be required to provide construction documents, permits, and construction administration services.
