Description
The Avondale School District is seeking bids for the Graham Elementary Classroom Addition and Improvements project. The project includes all labor, material, equipment, and services to complete the work. The project falls under Prevailing Wage requirements per Michigan Public Act 10 of 2023. Bids are due no later than October 28th, 2025, at 12:00pm NOON (EST). The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid.
