Description
The Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Port Security Grant Program (PSGP) provides funds to support increased port-wide risk management and protect critical surface transportation infrastructure from acts of terrorism, major disasters, and other emergencies. The program supports port authorities, facility operators, and state, local, and territorial agencies to build and sustain core capabilities of maritime infrastructure systems. Eligible projects include those that enhance cybersecurity, protect soft targets and crowded places, and address enduring security needs such as planning, training and awareness campaigns, equipment and capital projects, and exercises.
