EXHAUST SILENCER

The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is seeking a vendor to provide an exhaust silencer. The silencer must meet specific requirements, including being a 321SS silencer with a Miratech Coating System 4, having an overall length of 48", and meeting certain dimensions and features. The vendor must provide a firm fixed price purchase order and ensure that all deliveries are made by November 29, 2025. The contract will be awarded based on best value, considering factors such as the ability to provide the complete requirement, meeting the required timeframe, and price. • The silencer must have a 24" shell ID and a 3/16" shell thickness. • The silencer must have 2(ea.) 12" FF flange 150LB ANSI standard bolt pattern. • The silencer must have 1(ea.) 1/2" NPT drain port and 2(ea.) 1-1/2" NPT clean out(s). • The vendor must have an active SAM.Gov registration or provide proof of registration submission. • Payments will be made in accordance with the FAR 52.232-25 Prompt Payment clause.
