7th & Vine Improvements

The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for the 7th & Vine Improvements project. The project involves streetscape improvements, including new concrete walk, lighting, trees, sign poles, and driveways on the north side of 7th Street and east side of Vine Street. The project also includes proposed new signal work at the intersection of 7th and Vine Street involving all four corners. The contractor will be required to furnish a bond or certified check on a solvent bank, payable to the Treasurer of the City of Cincinnati, in the amount stated herein as a guarantee for the faithful performance of the contract. Some key aspects of the project include: • The contractor shall start work within five (5) calendar days from receipt of written notice to begin work. • The contractor shall complete on-site work within 255 calendar days from receipt of notice to begin work. • The contractor shall secure delivery of all equipment and materials required and shall complete all work in accordance with the specifications and plans. • The contractor shall be responsible for verifying the locations of all utilities in the field prior to the start of any work. The bid document includes specifications, plans, and requirements for the project, including insurance requirements, bonding requirements, and payment terms.
