The Office of the People's Counsel (OPC) is seeking expert consulting services related to the technical and policy issues arising in the PC72 Large Load Tariff work group and related to the utility/cooperative specific large-load rate schedule filings. The consultant will provide services including review and analysis of utility applications and supporting documents, preparation of data requests and other discovery, attendance at position development and settlement meetings, preparation of expert testimony, and assistance with preparation of cross-examination and briefing. The consultant must maintain confidentiality due to the pending litigation nature of the work.
