Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking information from sources that may be capable of providing a high-performance field-programmable gate array (FPGA) embedded evaluation board. The board will be used in the Spin Electronics Group in the Applied Physics Division of the Physical Measurement Laboratory to test data sanitization methods for high-performance magnetic random-access memory. Some key points to consider include: • The required equipment is an AMD Virtex UltraScale+ 56G PAM4 VCU129 FPGA Evaluation Kit • Respondents should provide information on their company, including name, address, and contact information • Respondents should identify the equipment that meets the objectives addressed in the notice and provide technical specifications • Respondents should describe performance capabilities and any additional features or functions that may assist NIST in meeting its objectives • Respondents should indicate whether the equipment can be customized and provide information on any limits to customization

Budget estimate

$10,000 – $50,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as the document does not provide a specific budget or pricing information. However, based on the required equipment, an FPGA evaluation kit, the cost could be in the range of $10,000 to $50,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the kit is a high-end model with advanced features and capabilities. The actual cost could be higher or lower, depending on the specific requirements and the respondent's pricing. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the equipment, the level of customization required, and the respondent's pricing strategy.
