Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Stratasys for services to provide a warranty extension for annual maintenance and recertification for an existing Origin One 3D printer. The contract will include a base year and four option years. The contractor will be required to recertify the machinery within 30 days of contract award and provide a warranty extension after recertification. The warranty extension will cover on-site technical support, preventative maintenance, hardware updates, software maintenance updates, and replacement of defective parts.
