Low-Voltage Switchgear with Integrated ATS

Fermilab is soliciting one (1) unit of outdoor low‑voltage switchgear with an integrated automatic transfer switch (ATS). The equipment must meet specification 0230‑ES‑281914 Rev D, be delivered FOB Fermilab to the receiving warehouse in Batavia, IL, and be accompanied by a completed questionnaire, high‑level bill of materials, and dimensional drawings. The award will be based on best‑value source selection (lowest price among technically acceptable proposals) with no discussions. • Supply of a single outdoor‑rated, NEMA 3R switchgear panel (480 V, 2000 A bus, 65 kA interrupt) including integrated ATS (or optional separate ATS). • Mandatory submission of SARC, PUR‑466, and the “Questionnaire – 383921kmb” alongside the firm‑fixed‑price proposal. • Delivery must be FOB Fermilab with all freight costs included; final documentation (as‑built drawings, test reports, manuals) is required within 30 days after award.
