Description
The General Services Administration is seeking a Portable Pressure Washer Power Pack, American Patriot Sales & Service P/N: AP1001333 or Equal. The system shall include two complete portable pressure washer units, each unit shall be a portable diesel/JP-8-powered pressure washer system compatible with both commercial diesel fuel and JP-8 fuel. The system shall be capable of supporting heavy-duty cleaning operations in field, industrial, and austere environments. The system shall be suitable for cleaning vehicles, aircraft support equipment, heavy machinery, maintenance facilities, and industrial equipment.
• The system shall include two complete portable pressure washer units.
• Each unit shall deliver a minimum flow rate of 3.5 gallons per minute (GPM).
• Each unit shall provide a minimum operating pressure of 3,000 pounds per square inch (PSI) for heavy-duty cleaning operations.
• Each unit shall be equipped with an integrated diesel-fired water heater.
• The water heater shall be capable of producing hot water within a range of 180°F to 200°F.
• Each unit shall include one high-pressure hose and spray wand assembly to support extended operating reach.
• The high-pressure hose shall be a minimum of 50 feet in length.
• Each unit shall include all required nozzles, fittings, or connectors necessary for standard operation.
• Each unit shall be mounted within a stainless-steel roll cage or equivalent protective frame.
• The frame shall protect the unit during transport, storage, and field operation.
• Each unit shall be constructed with a stainless-steel frame or equivalent corrosion-resistant materials.
• The construction shall support extended service life in field, industrial, and outdoor operating conditions.
• Each unit shall be portable and capable of supporting field deployment, motor pool operations, and maintenance activities.
• Each unit shall be equipped with run-flat tires or equivalent mobility features to allow movement over uneven, rugged, and austere terrain.
• Each unit shall be certified to UL 1776 standards for commercial pressure washers.
• Each unit shall include applicable safety features for high-pressure and hot-water operation.
• Each unit shall include, at a minimum: one high-pressure hose, minimum 50 feet; one spray wand assembly; required nozzles, fittings, or connectors for standard operation; operator manual; maintenance manual or maintenance instructions; and safety instructions.
